|
|
| I used to be heavily involved in sports (running, soccer...) and seemed to always have good energy for the day. Now days it seems I am sleepy and lack a lot of that energy. I heard jogging during the week builds energy...is it true? Give evidence for yes or no answer. Thanks. |

| Exercising REGULARLY builds ENDURANCE. If you just exercise occasionally you don't get the benefit. |

| it has always gave me more energy. after you are finished exercising you seem to feel happier and like you want to do something instead of just sitting around and watching tv. you also feel better about yourself because you know you are doing something that is good for your body. |

| usually.. exercise really tires you off.... imagine sweating a lot and over working your muscle,.. would you feel great?? i think not... exercise is device used to keep the body in perfect shape.... but if you want to have energy after exercise... remember to rest and drink a lot of water first... ^^ |

| DEfinitely yes because all what they call "lazy bones: will be put to work and the body blood circulation will work its way much better thatn when you are not exercising.........it gives you more pep, it activates your cells and energizes your whole sytem..........burns calories and extra fats and put those fats on their proper places..just like a factory that has been put to work after a long absence and now it greases up once more with all those machineries and hear those working sounds being energized...............just like a lazy body vs an active body!!! |

| when youve just fin excersising then no...your body needs to rest but once its rested there is more energy as there is a release of endorphins which is the happy hormone so excersising can do wonders.this is partly why some SAD sufferers are told to go for a paced walk/jog,not only do they get the vitamin d from the sun but the endorphins are released |
