Hi, i'm about 5 10, and wieght about 190. I know i need to loose some, but here's my question. I was 200 lb 2 months back and here's what i been doing since than. I'm not sure if its good or not but seems to be working. I Run for about 30 mins, burn about 400 cal, in the morning time. i eat a bowl of yugurt before going to school. at lunch time, i eat 12' spicy chicken from mr sub. and thats pretty much all i eat. and when i come back home from work. i walk for about 30 mins and burn about 200 cals. i managed to loose almost 10 lbs in two months. now what i want to know is, is having spicy chicken from mr sub okay? i mean, im soo used to eating frrom outside, i avoid shakes, mc chickens etc. what do u guys think? should i keep doing what im doing or should i change something around?thanks

The key to a healthy diet is to balance your proteins, grains, and vegetables with a good amount of exercise. Your exercising regiment is good, but you aren't eating enough. It's better to eat 3 meals (the chicken sandwich is fine btw) and focus on burning more calories than you took in. If you dont eat enough every day, your body will start storing the little bit that you do take in, and your metabolism will slowly decrease. Also, make sure you dont workout until about 2 hours after you eat, and NEVER after 7pm Eating at night causes the fat to stay on your body, and then you have to work harder the next day to get rid of that unused energy.good luck!
