| Okay, I'm 14 years old. I'm average in height and probably weight. I cant be 100% precise but I'm around 175m tall and weigh just less than 8 stone.I excercise 1 hour football training for a team on wednesdays and saturdays, so 2 hours there. I play matches for the football (soccer) team on a sunday, lasting 2 periods of 40 minutes each. However, exlucding this, I dont really do much and spend most nights inside watching television.I am considering sit ups and press ups and considering its the winter I cant really go out running with school duties, homework, dark etc.Can you help me with a basic interpretation, how many sit ups/press ups, laps up the stairs etc. What else could I do?And finally, how long do you think my/your recommendation would take? Thanks in advance! |

| For indoor use to work your abs get one of those wheels with the handle, you roll it out and back. It's hard (looks easy until you try it!) and you will start seeing results in as little as two weeks. Just a warning, your ab muscles will be really sore at first - but it's worth it. Work up to 2 sets of 25 - that's plenty. |
