| I know this is a bit of an odd question. But I do drink spirits regularly, and I was wondering if I could like workout and run, even if I'm just buzzed? I never drink enough to puke, and I wonder if being buzzed/drunk would deter the pain from the leg muscles if I were to run on the treadmill, which is what I usually do. |

| helleer, drinking is not bad for the body eventhough while you are in workout, unless if you drink a an energetic drink, that will makes yuo energize!...hehehe |

| No... it is best not to work out while drunk or buzzed. You may hurt yourself and become careless!Alcohol dehydrates you so you may end up doing more harm than good!Save the alcohol and buzzing ingredients for after your workout! |

| u should never ever work out while drunk or after being drunk while having a hangover. this is the rule |
