I've been noticing that im starting to get man boobies. =/ I have a treadmill and i've started to run on it, but is there another way to loose weight? I don't have any weights, what could be a good substitute? Also, does just drinking water burn fat faster?

...the only way to burn fat is to increase your body's metabolism... burn up more calories then you take in...you'll lose fat and weight... (water won't burn up anything, it will help keep you hydrated. which is needed in exercising).

this is what i did.eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner and a fruit for an afternoon snack and drink water all other times you feel hungry.breakfast: should just be enough to wake you up. about a third of what you normally would eat in a single serving.lunch: no fried foods, single serving only, make sure you have meat, salad, and a starchdinner: single serving of a balanced dietalso excercise at least 1 hour a day, six days a weeki have dropped 30 pounds in months. thats a really healthy rate. you dont want to drop weight to fast because you will get sick

For the man boobies get some push-up grip bars and follow the exercise video below, I have recently purchased some and they really define the upper body especially the chest area. For fat-loss yes you need to raise your metabolism, also try and include the foods in the second link to help with natural fat-loss.

Look, if you don't want man boobies now, you think ur gonna want man boobies later? I can almost promise you you arn't gonna keep up with whatever advice we give u on this question. My advice, if ur not satisfied with ur body, make a permanent lifestyle change towards having a healthier, leaner body (which I'm almost positive ur not along with the rest of society).I can relate to this article perfectly: http://www.t-nation.com/readArticle.do?id=533977
