Im trying to lose alot of pounds to look good this summer coming up and i just want to know if the workout im doin every day will work. Ive been running for 20-25mins on the tredmill and lifting for an hour hour an half. As of eating ive been eating salads sometimes chicken with it and also turkey with lettece,mayo,and tomato on wheat. Will this workout help me get skinny and look good for summer

You should focus on either fatloss or building muscle tissue. You can't do both effectively.You shouldn't be lifting for 1-1.5 hours every day.What does your lifting routine look like?Go checkout http://www.cagedanimal.net post your question in the beginners cage and you will get tons of relative info and support.
