No, this doesCardio running and swimming is the best IMO. 30 minutes to 1 hour every other or everyday if you would like. Some form of light lifting between cardio days to really help you tone up. A strict clean diet of high proteins with lean meats like fish and chicken, dark leafy veggies not root like veggies like potatoes filled with carbs. Low on the fruit even tho there filled with vitamins they have loads of sugar well most of them. No fat, sugar, salt, carbs, calories. This is the best and healthest ways. Running, swimming, hiking, biking, etc.-Any other questions or advice on weightloss, dieting, nutrition, supplements, exercises, weightlifting come visit and join the webs premier health and bodybuilding forum http://www.caged animal.net There is no MIRACLE cure the only cure is hard work

No, they really don't work. But they can damage your heart, liver and teeth.Don't use them - they're a waste of time and money and can seriously harm you. Exercise and diet and lots of good sleep are the way to go.Good luck.

Diet pills are a very temporary solution to a long term problem that requires your strict attention to make life style changes in your diet.Different brands will have diffract effects, most will cause your blood pressure to shoot up and your senses to be on edge. Please see your doctor if you really care about your health.

No, they don't work unless they contain amphetamine or similar stuff. But they do less damage than liposuction to your body.

Diet pills are very misleading. their HAVE been diet pills that were PROVEN to make you lose weight. They created a "shunt" in the way your mitochondria make and use ATP. Dexatrim used to use this technology. However, they became dangerous because people wouldn't use as directed, and they burned too much energy, thus effectively over-heating, and were unable to stop the process. And in most cases, heart failure would occur. Some diet pills use a similar, yet much calmer, technique to "burn" calories. But these, too, can be dangerous. The ephedrine type pills of the past were like this. The problem with diet pills, is that they do not change your life style, nor over-all body chemistry when it comes to metabolism of food and storage of glycogen/fat. A moderated Atkins diet/ South Beach diet is the best for of weight loss. Anyone who has taken even a basic biochemistry course can explain how these diets (based on how the body's actual metabolism and storgae mechanism work) can explain them in simpler terms. But exercise is needed to build muscle tissue, which by itself, burns more calories, even when at rest. Don't go the pill route. Pills are never a good option when there are life style changes that can work just as easily. And on a proper Atkins/South beach diet, you can begin to see improved results in as little as two weeks if done properly. i dropped close to 17 pounds in 3 weeks before my wedding, kept at the diet, and continue to lose a few more pounds a week for a good two months. Exercise is key to keeping the weight off.hope this helps

Yes, Proactol is a clinically proven daily supplement which will easily help you reduce excess body weight and become the attractive, slim person you have always wanted to be.I tried it few months ago, with the 3 months packages, I lose about 15kg. I still get to enjoy my daily routine without any changes to it. and it also don't have other side effects as compare with other.Check out the review here.
