i'm trying to get skinny (100-105 lbs) i currently weigh 126lbs and i am only 5"4..so i'm fat!i am 14 years old. rate how i did today please 1-10..and give me tips on stopping at 900calories!breakfast-7am1/2 cup oatmeal150 calorieslunch 12:30pm1 ounce of peanuts170 calories2pm30minutes of walkingfattie snack 3pma protein peanut butter CLIFF bar270 calories, 20 grams of proteing4pm30minutes on elliptical machinedinner 6pm1 orange1 slice of whole wheat bread (90 cals)1 tablespoon of peanut butterSNACK THAT SHOULDS HAVE HAPPENED AND MADE ME GET TO 1,200! Sad 9:30pm1 slice of whole wheat bread1 tablespoon of peanut butterand a carrot!:{and i only drink water..lots of it!!!!!UGH!! Sad

Are you a hamster??? Cuz that is not a healthy diet at all. You need to research a healthy diet for a growing teenager. You can make better food choices than that. Seriously, first of all if you really feel like you need to lose weight look up a normal diet because what you ate today is not giving you all your necessary food groups.

Ok I know how you feel im 5"4 and 104 pounds and i used to be like 112. I ate healthy and got at least 1700 calories per day but I went outside a lot to the pool to the mall and just jogging and after about 4months of being outside of the house non stop I lost about 7 pounds so all Im saying is eat healthy and excercise a lot and before you know it you will reach your goal.

You arent eating enough to lose weight, breakfast wasnt too bad but you should be having a small snack after that (fruit, nuts etc) and then for lunch try having a salad or a wholemeal roll with lean meat like chicken and turkey with lettuce and tomatoe. After lunch you should have another snack about 2 hours later followed by a light healthy lunch but make sure you eat this a good few hours before you go to bed and before every meal try having a glass of water wich will fill you up quicker.good luck

All i can say is in someplaces of the world you have little kids starving that want to eat and here you are living the life they want to move on from people like you piss me off
