how much have you gained back. if it is just a few pounds, don't worry. your body is just reacting to your weight loss. It will start coming down again, as long as you are still watching what you eat and exercising...

I personally think you should not take the diet pills. You should try to eat healthy meals (6 small well balance meals per day) and try to exercise regularly. Try to do strength training 2-3 times per week and cardiovascular training (running, walking, dancing, aerobic exercise, elliptical machines, ect.) at least 3-5 times per week. Mix up your routines so you do not get bored. Recruit a friend, co-worker, or family member to do it with you. Its more fun to work out with a partner. Also don't get upset that you aren't loosing more weight. You lost your weight too fast. You probably didnot put it all on in 2 months so you shouldn't reasonably think you can loose it all that fast. Pills are not the answer. Also do not go by what the numbers on the scale say. Measure yourself with a tape measure around your bust, waist, stomach, hips, thigh, calf and upper arm. Once you start a regular exercise program, you may not see the numbers on the scale go down, but you may notice the inches going away. The fat will turn into muscle, and muscle is more compact. Everyone says muscle is heaver than fat. That is not true. A pound is a pound, but a pound of fat is compareable to a pound of marshmallows as a pound of muscle is like a pound of cheese. Muscle is more compact so it will not look as big. I hope this advice is helpful. Please don't give up on yourself just give up the pills and get moving. Good luck.

I still get to enjoy my daily routine without any changes to it. and it also don't have other side effects as compare with other. They have 180 money days back guarantee. You should give it a tryProactol is a clinically proven daily supplement which will easily help you reduce excess body weight and become the attractive, slim person you have always wanted to be.Check out the review here.
