If there was a diet pill that worked really well without awful side-effects, there wouldn't be any fat people anymore.

If your going to use a diet pill you have to work out with it. You can't just take a diet pill and expect it to work with out diet and exercise. But if you do diet and exercise it does hlep you lose weight a lot faster. I recently started taking Therm XX and it definately works, but i also go to the gym and work out 5 days a week for an hour and half. But i have noticed a difference of doing that with the pill and with out it.

There is no best diet pill. Basically all they do is stop you absorbing certain nutrients from food. Fat or Carbohydrate for example. Meaning that this will go right through your system and cause some pretty nasty stuff at the other end. Try the energy in versus energy out method. Cut out a few things from your diet that may be bad, soft drink, junk food etc. Do a little more exercise, the changes really don't need to be great to get the balance in your favour and start losing weight.Diet pills will simply make you feel ill.

NONE of them work. Don't you think if even ONE of these advertised pills really worked that it would be HUGE, WORLD-WIDE news? It just doesn't exist. This is what I do---investigate these so-called diet pills (and other medications) and research their claims.Not-a-one is any good. The ONLY way to lose weight is to eat right, eat the right portions and EXERCISE.

diet pills dont work,, because once you stop taking them you put all the weight back on,,, why,, because you have not learned to eat properly to maintain its been done ( artifically) for you by the pill... and if you dont excercise then any and all diets with or with out pills dont work either,, so STOP BEING LAZY AND DO THE WORK,, WORK OUT AND STOP STUFFING YOU FACE WITH CRAP FOODS...

Great questions!I understand its hard to pick the right diet pill when you see a million lining the shelves. Let me start of by answering some of your questions. But can I make a suggestionLet me ask you a couple questionshow much weight do you want to lose? Are you looking to lose weight without having to diet or exercise ? Are you looking for something to help eliminate random cravings? Or stop overeating? How fast are you looking to lose weight?Do you carry most of your weight around the middle?I understand what your looking for something that can help you lose weight a little faster than diet and exercise. Diet and exercise works but if you need to start losing weight like next week . Cause you could start using a Caloric restrictor that automatically restricts the amount of calories in your body. These caloric restictors even work without diet or exercise and even eliminates cravings for foods. But if you do diet and exercise you will see even better results! In fact I know people that lose 105 pounds in 5 months and 20 pounds in a month. So you can still eat your regular foods but you'll take in less calories and start losing a few pounds a week. Is that what your looking for?The one I'm using I take 2 pills twice a day before i eat and I notice it reduces my appetite and its helped me burn the fat of my tummy and mainly my middle section. Plus its made with vitamins and herbs. Even if you want some free information on this caloric restrictor check http://www.akavarpills.comHope this helps
