| I have lost 17.4 lbs and have been losing consistently every week. Today, I reached a plateau on the scale. I have been eating and exercising the same. |

| If you have been eating and exercising the same, then your body will hit a plateau. Your body is no longer shocked by what your doing and thus your body has adapted to your new habits. Still eat the same, DO NOT reduce your calorie intake, but try exercising a bit longer, or more intensely, or try different work out methods. Try more strength toning, or more cardio. If you normally bike for cardio, try running. You need to switch it up so that your body doesn't becomes adjusted to what your doing. When you do this you will break the plateau |

One week without change is a very small plateau... I would actually say that you should continue what you have been doing all along; people often get over these plateaus. If you continue to stay the same, I agree with the others: increase exercise.Congrats, by the way! You must have a lot of resolve |

| You have reached your plateau because your liver is making as much fat as you are burning. The link below will explain why. The way to fix it is with the nutritional cleansing and fat burning program at the other link. I have seen many people break through their plateaus with this system! Good luck! Email me if you have any questions. |
