hi guys im really stuck :-(im getting married in a month. i am 170lb at the moment with 35% body fat. im 21 and 5.6"exercise wise - is it better to do 3 sets of high intensitiy cardio a *day* (i have loads of time) or 2 hour brisk walk a day........... i need to lose 2 dress sizesthats why i think walking will get those inches off faster???and what should i do dietwise?? I heard low carb is good?please help i dont wanna be a fat bride Sad

Join a gym and discuss your goals with a trainer. Don't just start something all of a sudden. They will give you a fitness test, take your blood pressure, etc. Then they will discuss your goals and work together with you to make a plan. Plus, once your married, you can keep up with the good work you've started with now.

Biking is a really good way to lose weight! Walking is also good, because it helps in the waste area. Low-carb, and low calorie. Eat small meals through out the day to keep your metabolism up, rather the 3 moderate to large meals.

Ok, first of all, relax. Every morning have 30 mins of yoga or stretching( whatever you want to call it). then during the day, go for a jog or run. On weekends: 1 hour of swimming30 mins of jogging15 mins of biking30 push ups30 sit ups30 squats( more if you can)put on some music, dance and have fun, you lose alot of calories.clear out all the junk food in your fridge, cupbored, pantry, everywhere. Go healthy food shopping. Buyq fruits, veggies, whole wheat bread( dont eat too much of it), brown rice, and many other health foods. Read the back labels to know how many calories are in th foods u eat.replace all sugary drinks with milk and water, mostly water. Cook with olive oil. avoid chips, and candies. i wont guarantee 2 dress sizes lower, but you will lose weight Smile
