I've lived really stressful (and I really mean that) life recently -- not by my choice, but by "destiny". And, it obviously left some traces on my health. I started eating less and in around 12 months I've dropped from around 108kg (242lbs) to current 83kg (182lbs). For my height, according to BMI I was overweight before and now I'm perfect. So, weight is not my concern. What concerns me is trouble eating. I am finding it hard to eat just about anything -- it has become (almost) painful practice for me, I have to force myself. I eat many meals through the day, but they're very small, as whenever I feel my stomach is empty and when I start eating, after few bites, I feel like I'm full and I'm going to explode if I take another bite. At given moments I feel bloated like I'm really going to explode, it's very unpleasant.I have run test for H.pylori, I don't have it, done ultrasounds, everything seems fine, except meteorism (air) in my stomach. Any ideas what to do/check/anything?

sounds like youre getting med help... if your doctors find nothing physical, it may be a psych issue like many eating disorders are.

I think you should consult your doctor about this, he'll have a deeper understanding of your condition. Meanwhile, I think you should try and eat a few small meals throughout the day.Get better soon!

I've recently had stomach trouble too. My doctor had an upper g.i. done and I have a hiatal hernia. Has your doctor scheduled you for this procedure? It will tell if there is a hernia or an ulcer or even if you are having acid reflux. If you haven't had this test run, ask your doctor if he will schedule this for you.I hope you feel better soon. I understand your pain.
