I want to start losing weight and I know enough about diet and exercise, but nothing about boosting my metabolism. Are the any supplements, vitamins, or other natural herbs that I can take or special foods I can eat to give it a good kick start? I already take vitamin B12.Yeah, I know all of that... Well, thanks anyway.

The best way to boost your metabolism is to exercise regularly and burn some of the fat that your body metabolizes into fat upon not exercising. Also it's never a good idea to eat before going to sleep since most of the food you eat will be metabolized into fat while sleeping.

eventhough if your taking tablets thats help you one way but the main think is that you must get through your diet so,you must eat some green vegetables like beans,spinach etc., then eat some fruits like apple,banana etc., weak up early morning and do some physical exercise, in empty stomach drink more water,in the break fast with that eat some fruits likewise keeps regularly and take some vitamins tablets like zincovit it will help you to away from anameic conditions........

eat breakfast and exercise in the morning. this will kick start your metabolism trough out the day
