| Im 23 years old, 272 pounds at 5 feet 11. I just started exercising 2 weeks ago, I lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks. I am doing a half hour of cardio 7 days a week, Im averaging about 550 calories in a half hour that I burrned, How maney should I be burrning in 1 workout? |

| depends.. if you run 30 mins.. with out slowing down too much .. close to 300-450 cals. it all depends though. on your speed and everything else. plus your a boy & i'm a girl so we are going to have dif. results. but 550 seems very normal.good luck with the exercising ♥ |

| Try upping it to 45 minutes minimum & speed it up with incline & all the nasty stuff the treadmill can do. Its good for you. Congrats on the weight loss so far. |

| Just keep that up. It is a good amount because as you continue to burn more and more you will notice it is a good amount. Keep up the good work. |
