I want to loosen up my leg muscles. Haven't have a very good exercise such as stretching and running for a long time. I want to get my body back in shape with lifting weights and running and stretching. When i sit down to stretch my legs, i hurts. Whats best to deal with the pain?

Have a bath and put Radox in it. That softens your body. Then you can have a Sauna for an hour and a good stretch. Apart from that you just have to take the pain and in about four days you will feel better.

Take it slow. You can't expect to sit on your butt for half a year and then expect to have the same physical fitness you used to. You have to work your way back up, exercising enough so that you are sore, but not to the point where you're killing/injuring yourself. For instance, you could just start jogging a short distance and doing exercises with lighter weights. Eventually, you will progress to the point where you were about half a year ago.

Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product. I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little "help" so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at http://www.diet-happy.us , they give you a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
