| The best pill has a sour taste. It is buckling down and eating less and exercising more until you are back to 160. |

| don't do diet pills. excersise and a little diet got me down to a fine weight. Diet pills have side effects and all that shaz you don't want to deal with. Count how many grams of fat you eat everyday, and eat less than 40-45. This helped me lose a lot last year/ over the summer. I hope this helps.... =] |

| Those pills are terrible. That "ALLI" one (I think it was that one) gives people leakage from the "caboose." Catch my drift??? Your body doesn't need some foreign pills in its system...stick to eating right and exercising! |

| The best way to lose weight and get back in shape is through diet and exercise. It is the only way you are going to establish the habits that will help you keep your *new* body once you get it.I am a firm believer in Weight Watchers because it's not really a "diet", but more of a way of educating people about how they should eat. If exercise has gone completely by the wayside, start small... just get moving... but eventually you're going to want to amp it up. I've found working with a personal trainer to be one of the best things I've ever done for myself. Not only does my trainer motivate me, but she designs workouts that specifically target the areas I need to be working on AND she makes sure that I know how to use all of the equipment properly so I don't end up derailing my efforts with an injury.It's not going to be easy or fast if you want it to be permanent. It would be nice if there were a quick-fix, but there really isn't. |
