I am a heavy set irl and i need to lose alot of weight fast can someone help me.. And i wanna do this without diet pills!

losing ten pounds a week is very unhealthy. five pounds is the most.do situps push ups jump rope jogging .go 2 a gym or hire a personal trainer

Work out at LEAST 3 times a week. Cut out all Junk food, including sodas and unnaturally sweet juices. That's the healthy way to lose weight...you prob won't be losing 10 lbs a week tho=(

You will not be able to loose ten pounds a week, ever, unless you get aids, cancer, or consider dismemberment. Don't try.Make small changes in your diet, and exercise a couple times per week. You should try to loose a maximum of 3-5 pounds per week, if you are interested in keeping it off.Drink more water. Water facilitates the breakdown of atipose tissue (fat) into its constituent molecules, allowing the body to eliminate them.You should start by drinking 1/2 your body weight in ounces. (Weight = 150lbs, drink about 75oz.)

losing 10 pounds a week is EXTREMELY unhealthy, and i doubt it's even possible. 2-3 pounds is the maximum to lose healthily.all i can really say is eat about 1200-1300 calories a day, drink only water with everything, no diet sodas, and excercise about 30 minutes to 1 hr. every day (every other day for a while, then move it to every day)
