Okay so i am a 22 year old female and i need to work out ...well i want to ! ...I absolutely love doing jump and jacks, and sometimes i jump rope ...But i don't walk because i don't like it ...so please don't say GO WALKING !! ....I don't jog or run because i have asthma ...the most i do is run in place !!! Can you please help me ..I want to loose some weight by xmas time !!!! Please help me out !!! ..oh yeah i am 5'3 145 pounds !!! Thanks .. !Oh yeah and i am on a strict diet !!!

How about some aerobics, and get some natural fat binder pills such as proactol, these will help you lost the weight.Hope this help

If you don't like walking, don't walk then....If you don't want to jog or run, don't do then.....Just do the exercise you like and have fun doing and do it regularly, to get the most benefits out of it.... and you'll be fine.Well, you're doing exactly that - do the exercise you love - jump and jacks and jumping rope.......And have fun doing.....so you don't dread it when it's time to exercise and you can stayput in the program long to see results.......Keep it up!And do it regularly - 3-4 times per week for at least 30 mins per session.This article on cardio facts might help you out: http://www.perfect-body-toning.com/cardio-facts.html
