| Cardio is always fun and you dont need an equipment. You can dance, jog. I like jump roping. But cardio you get to move all around and be free! |

| pilates you tone faster than yoga but cardio is the best for your healthif you like yoga they also in someplaces teach power yoga which combines yoga with cardio.Hope this helps! |
