| I do this every Mon, Wed, Fri as strength training ++ Everyday I walk for 30mins and I eat about 1200-1300 calories a day.Is this a good plan so far? I will build it up once my foot heals (sprained) and I get more active.30 Crunches 30 Pushups 30 Dips 30 Oblique Twists30 squats30 Pulses30 Hamstring Curls30 Step-ups30 Standing Calf Raises60 secs- Plank Holds60 secs- Lunge Hold |

| That is a great workout plan and your smart for alternating days. Keep up the great work and dont be afraid to add some more calories..with all that work your body might need it but it all depends on how you feel. Good luck |
