| Okay i need excersise help ! Okay so i am a 22 year old female about 5'2ish ... Weigh 145 and want to loose some weight !! ..i have bad asthma so i don't go out running !! ..I do jump and jacks ..now how many should i do a day ?? I do crunches and leg lifts ..and some times i throw punches i got it from tae bo ... ! I run and jump rope in place ...I don't have money for the gym ..so i need to do stuff at home !! So what do you think ..i want to loose about 2 pounds a week or more !!! ...I am on a strict diet ...so please help .. !! Thank you ! |

| You need a higher caloric expenditure. Jumping jacks will not lose you 2 pounds per week. If you cannot run because of asthma then cardio will be hard for you. Can you cycle? A bike can burn plenty of calories and really tone your leg muscles.Doctors also recommend swimming for asthmatics because the air is generally warm and humid which is idea for you. Try to take that up as well. Stick to your diet (as long as its healthy and not too extreme) and expend more calories and you'll do fine. Dont get discouraged if you only lose a tiny bit of weight per week. The changes will come just be patient |

| For burning fat you need to do a sustained cardio 3-4 times a week (jumping jacks aren't bad, but alone you needmore cardio.)Try a 30-45 minute walk at a brisk pace if you can't make it to a gym (eliptical machines are the best) |

| Hi good question, i my be able to help you being a personal trainer.low inpacat work like bike riding,you said that you jump rope good keep it up that is the best exercises to do, if you could do some boxing that is other to drop weight fast.be truer to yourself about how much you want to loss,2 pounds may be to much to loss you need to eat to loss weight.eat right and you will loss weight. |

| Hi You should Join Yoga and there u should do a exercise in hindi it is called jal kriya and neti.its a kind of process in which u drinks water frm nose and secondly u put a hard thread frm nose to mouth,it give u relax in asthma problem.try to join any yoga class and i m sure with in few days u will feel comfortable in asthma and then u can start jogging,drink lots of water ,avoid oily items,avoid bread,avoice rice,stick with vegetables and fruits for some weeks and u will see a rapid change in yourself. i did the same and today i m perfect and healthy. |
