You have all the tools you need. Keep up the strength training, it is very important in losing weight. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn - even when you are sleeping and standing still. As far as the mountain, if you have a steep grade, you do not need to jog on it. Walking up and down steep grades is extremely aerobic, I think you will find it will increase your heartrate nicely. While you are in the gym are there cardio machines? Jump on a tredmill or bike for 30 mins after your strength workout. Your strength workout will get your muscles tuned and burn away carbs you have stored in you, then the cardio immediatly after will be able to hit the fat stores quicker. See if you can add anohter day in the gym too - 3 days a week is better than 2 - or even better, 4 days a week, or 5 . Sounds like you are starting right with the diet, just remember organic does not mean healthy. I can make an organic chocolate cake, it does not mean its good for me. Read the labels. |

| If you have access to a swimming pool... swim... it is one of the best things you can do for weight loss!!!!! Eating is an important part of losing weight but if you eat all types of food in balance you should be fine... You must exercise for at least 20 minutes a day... and if you want to lose larger amounts of weight you need to burn more calories than you eat!!!!!Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables and lean meats and if you lost that much weight by playing volleyball you should continue playing that all year round if you can!!!!! To keep this weight off once you stop hard, physical exercise you need to eat healthy and still do some forms of hard exercise every few days... You also need to get between 7-9 hours sleep a night... yes this can help in weight loss!!!! It enables your body to rest and catch up on everything you have been doing!! Also when you get up of a morning you should drink a glass of water from the tap (make sure it is not cold) you can even drink hot water... but add a little bit of lemon or lime juice as this cleanses your liver and starts your metabolism burning energy. Good luck!!!! |

| Hi,I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.thin-quick.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.Good luck! |
