I've heard that a kiss takes 2 to 3 calories. So... if I kiss someone 100 times I can afford to eat a Reeses Cup!

Is there a reason you need to be doing so much exercise? How much to you weigh and how tall are you (if you don' t mind answering)? This all seems a little extreme as it is, why do you want to do more?Maybe there is a reason your mum doesn't like you exercising so much.

It seems to me that you are currently doing about 3 hours worth of exercising everyday. You're obviously a teen, where does your schooling and homework fit in?3 hours a day is more than enough and you you need to be eating balance diet or you will become very weak and make yourself very ill.If anyone gives you any more ideas as to how you can lose more calories than you are currently are losing a day then they have no interest in your health and safety and clearly helping you become ill. You need to be listening to your mother. You're doing enough as it is!!

Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product. I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little "help" so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at http://www.fun-diet-help.us , they give you a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
