eat 5-6 200-300 calorie meals per day, cut out sugar and white carbs and dairy and eggs, don't eat after 7pm, go for a 30-minute walk after dinner, drink at least 10 8 oz glasses of water each day, and start kick-boxing aerobics or swimming for 40 minutes three times per week ...foods: grilled chicken, smoked turkey, tomatoes, celery, salad with a non-mayonnaise-based dressing, strawberries, oranges (citrus is GREAT!), whole-grain complex carbs in moderation, vegetable soup - anything high water and low carb and low cal is awesome! (like noodle free chicken soup - they fill you up but don't add a lot of empty calories) ... be sure to each spinach or red meat at least three times a week to keep your iron levels up (watercress salads are good for this, too)

I'm fourteen, 5'2, weigh 99 pounds, I'm average. Since you're short you should be my weight, and I should be your weight. I say if you want to lose these ten pounds exercise alot, and go vegetarian. have one small dessert per week for a treat.

Good for you, wanting to do this healthfully. (Please know you are currently a healthy weight, though.) Yes, it is possible. You can healthfully lose 2-3 pounds MAX per week. The key is moderation and cutting back on fats, salts, and sugars. You don't have to completely eliminate anything from your diet; you just need to watch that you don't overdo it. 1200-1500 calories per day is the healthiest range for weight loss.

It's definitely do-able! I'm thinking I'll be needing to do likewise before the holidays end. I always start with cutting out all beverages containing calories. Next, I eliminate all deserts and snacks. I work out alittle more each day, by adding a half hour to my daily routine. Finally, I cut all my carbohydrates in half. I can drop ten pounds easily doing just this. Good luck! Remember, you have youth on your side.

Excess weight or obesity is by far the number one health concern in this country. Sixty percent of Americans are either overweight or obese, including over 20 percent of teenagers. All are at risk for serious physical and emotional health problems.Over three-quarters of obese adults, for example, suffer from high blood pressure, high cholesterol, coronary heart disease, diabetes or osteoarthritis. Nearly 40 percent have more than one of these conditions. They are also at risk for stroke and cancer. There are over 300,000 deaths per year from weight related causes.Body Mass Index or BMI is a good way to determine if you are carrying too much weight. The BMI is based on your height and weight, but it gives a better estimate than the older ideal body weight tables. Click here to calculate your BMI.Although there are many general causes for weight problems, the most responsible self-empowering one is that you’re simply eating too many calories for the amount of energy you’re expending. To control your weight you either have to decrease your calories or increase your exercise or some combination of the two. On and off dieting will not take care of the problem. Maintaining a healthy weight is a matter of day by day conscious control of both the amount and types of foods you eat and the level of physical activity in your life.Weight Loss http://www.loseweighthappy.info/index.php?option=com_content&task=view &id=81&Itemid=62
