| I dont need to loose too many pounds, just a few, more than three, but less than 13. How can i do that without diet pills, or ordering those jenny craig type plans? |

| just exercise regularly and eat right? y dont people realize that there is no easy way out? its a life style change that i know u can do and i know ull feel better about yourself for doing so |

| exercise. eat healthier.take long walks around a park or feild. maybe jog if you can.eat more salads, fruits, veggies.good luck! |

| exercising for at least two hours a day, eating healthy with small portions of things, no fatty foods.Drinking a lot of water & getting right amount of protein, fruits, veggies. |

| Its only 15 days til Christmas and the most you can loose it 4 pounds. Everything else is just plain water loss. Count your calories and don't eat more than 1200 of it. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and cut back on bread and pasta. |

| This will work!! Hope it works for you.1.) (remember to stretch)Every morning jog outside or use your local gym treadmill(or if you have a treadmill use your own)2.) Dont eat any junk foods at all (this includes: sodas(even diet), pasta, chips, popcorn, and desserts)3.) every ngiht do push ups, stretches of any type. and jumping jacks |

| Eat high fiber foods (they make you feel fuller). Do NOT eat ourt because you don't know what they put in your food half the time. Only eat whole grains (no white bread, no chips). Eat low fat (no deep fried foods and be careful that any sauces that you eat are not high in fat). Foods you can eat are low calorie soups (about 90-120 calories per serving), because they make you feel full. Eat lots of steamed vegetables (no butter!) and fruit. Eat lean meats such as chicken breast, and fish. |

| Well a lot of people think that situps will make u lose fat but you really need to do cardiovascular exercises to lose a decent amount of fat. For example every other day or so take a nice run/jog. Also cut out all the candy and oily foods... i know its hard but you get used to it if you do it for a little while. |
