| Alright. I'm 17 years old. And I am in horrible shape. I have a treadmill and an old exercise bike in my garage along with a mat I could do sit-ups or push-ups on or something like that. I need a routine that would help me lose my gut and get in shape. I've tried before but always tried to take it too fast. I am also working on portioning my diet, which is probably most of the problem I guess. I tend to snack a lot, so I've asked mom to start buying fruits and veggies and that kinda thing. So back to exercise, I would like to mix running/riding with sit-ups and push-ups or something like that. What would be the best way to do that for me, being so horribly out of shape? |

| I am sending a really good running plan to a member tomorrow. If you would like to receive it too, please send me a blank email with your email address and I will send you a copy too. It begins gently and has you running around 5km (3.2 miles) within 10 weeks. |
