| Ok I'm 14 years old and 5'6.5" and bout 170ish lbs I'm not sure really but the weight is mainly in my butt, theighs, and tummy areas. I play softball and volleyball but, there not in season and so Im doing nothing but getting fatter for this winter and I really really dont want that to happen soo I need ur help I would like to loose around 50 to 20 lbs b4 summer that is my main goal but I have no idea what to do. So my question is how can I do this? I have a treadmill, exercise bike, weight bench, yoga for dummies movies, and soon a yoga mat. I have no idea how long I should work out on each one, or how many sit ups I should do? How long every night should I work out, how many times a week? Also an eating plan would help to what should I eat for breakfast (right now I dont eat breakfast because I'm not hungery in the mornings) but should I pack a lunch for school and what should I pack? What about dinner? P.S. not goin anorexic or belemicthanks sxxcool u helped a little |

| you should start eating breakfast and eat little for dinner and lunch because breakfast provides you with the most energy unless you are of a different body system. Lets talk about breakfast:you should drink at least 1-3 glass of waterLunch:At least something to make you full and not that oilyDinner: Eat fruits before meal so that you would eat lesserDon't eat too much because if you do, you can't sleep well and you might feel full the next day Tips:It takes 20 minutes for your brain to know that you are full The no. of sit ups you should do is untill you feel the pain(discomfort) or maybe 100 times a dayYou should do something you like, eg. for some people they like to run on a treadmill while some likes cycling. If neither of them are your favourites, then you could multi-task ( eg. reading a book while on the treadmill) |

| This is the way to do things. It'll cost you a little bit, but you'll get REAL results, REAL fast. DO NOT try doing ALL of this at once. Work your way up to it. The minimum, should be your goal. http://www.trulyhuge.com/Navy_Seal_Workout.htmIt's intense, so work your way up to the minimum, and you'll be in shape in no time |
