| Im going to start doing cardio again..I havent in like 3 months. I used to run 45 minutes to an hour 4-5 days a week and I really want to get back to that level. The other day this is what I did..I powerwalked on the treadmill at 4 and 4.5 mph for 15 minutes at a 5 and 7% incline..then I jogged for 15 minutes switching between 5 and 7mph..was this an okay workout? After 30 minutes I got a little chest pain so I want to take it easy the first week so i can get my body used to it againIm a 21 year old female, 5"4 and weigh 102 pounds..I want to maintain |
