Is the treadmill good for toneing up ur thighs?& the bike, is that good to?i really want to tone up my thighs & inner thighs. Can you give me some tips? Will my thighs look smaller if there toned too?thankss x |

| Yes, they will help to tone your muscles, but if you have larger legs that are "fatty" you need to work on losing some weight as well. Otherwise you will be toning muscles that are below the layer of fat on your legs and that tone will never show! |

| Resistance training (e.g., weights) is usually better for toning, but TM and bike are good too. |

| If you work your legs, the result may vary depending in what exercises you are doing.I personally thing that the best is the treadmill (it will help you burn the fat) and doing lunges and squats (to tone them)Don't put any weight in your exercises tho, if you do, they muscle will increase and your legs will look bigger.Check this page: http://exercise.about.com/cs/butthipsthighs/l/bllegsbuttthigh.htmIt has some exercises you can do at home =) |
