| I run for almost 8 miles and after that I go to gym and work out there for almost an hour, so I need some vegetarian sources of proteins as I'm Vegetarian and I don't trust Supplements, I guess they are harmful if used for a longer period of time. |

| I'm a vegetarian, also.I eat a lot of hummus, nuts, peanut butter & sometimes beans. Some dairy too, but don't go overboard.I just eat flavored hummus with crackers, or make a hummus wrap with a tortilla. Handful of almonds or cashews, peanut butter & jelly sandwich, organic bean burrito, a glass of milk, etc.Hard boiled egg whites are also pure protein. Don't eat the yolk though, it's mostly fat. |
