The fact you're exercising is great, but that's not enough on its own. Stop eating sweet things, such as chocolate, biscuits and cake and definitely no MacDonalds. Fat people are often in denial about how much they actually eat. Just stop, fatty!

Healthy eating along with the exercise you already do is the only way to do it. Diet pills only make you sick and do damage to your body.

running, crunches, run up down stairs or bleachersrun wih LOTS of layers on, you'll sweat more, so you will def. lose weight. Put like 2 pairs of pants, and like 3 sweatshirs on. also make a trashbag suit, it gets really hot so you will sweat a lot!!

There are no magical fixes. And a doctor once said, nothing worth having comes easy. It's not a good idea to take the "easy" way out with pills/medicine or whatever it may be. You're only 12. If you want to lose weight in your stomach area, you should work out, do exercises that work the stomach (i.e. crunches, sit-ups), and you need to develop a routine. Running won't necessarily reduce weight in the stomach, but keep doing it because it's good for you. Remember with the stomach exercises, you're going for endurance, so don't add any weights when you're doing crunches/sit ups. Again, it's not gonna happen over night. You need to be consistent and not give up.Good luck.

well im like 90 pounds hahah so i'll just tell you what i do: drink plenty of water, try and cut out all sodas...or replace with diet coke or a lower calorie drink...have a full vitamin pill every day. try not to have snacks, but eat full meals 3 times a day. never forget breakfast, and pick out a healthy cereal and of course a fruit drink...and then lunch try and have fruit or/and vegetables and bread and then same for dinner...just smaller servings if thats what you already do...and always have a sweet every day! =] it cheers you up, just no overloading hahahah
