Your body needs rest. Your doing too much. Take at least one or two days off a week. Your muscles can't rebuild if your constantly working them.

Perhaps you should do cardio one day and muscle building the next and keep alternating. Muscles peversely wont build if you do too much. As for protein shakes these are usually taken by bodybuilders as they cannot eat enough protein to build the muscle they want. For your meals stick to healthy and varied. Lean meat like chicken and carbs like potatoes as well as fruit and veg. Hope this helps.

If you are looking to build muscle, that type of workout will not work.. its too much volume, not enough intensity and not enough focus on a individual muscle... You should never work out each muscle more then once every 5 days.... meaning you do chest once a week, biceps once a week, triceps once a week, shoulders, legs, etc.. you can group 2 muscles together on a 4 or 5 day workout routine.. Try and take atleast one or 2 days of a week... what works for me is taking off sat and sun and working out mon to fri....As for eating goes, eat plenty of protein foods, you will need approx one gram per pound that u weigh.... if u weigh 170 u need 170 grams..... try taking a protien shake twice daily, and after you workout.. you might want to take some vitamins too, so you will not get run down

Protein, protein and protein. Eggs in the morning, lunches should be your largest meal of the day, make sure you get a good amount of carbs to help you in keeping your momentum, protein shakes, steakes, chicken at night. Best of luck, but make sure you are getting at least 100 grams of protein.
