| Day One: 100 Curls both arms, 100 Push-ups, 250 Sit-ups, 20 pull ups.Day Two: Leg workouts: Walking down stairs with 20 lbs in both arms.Day Three: RestI also ride my bike around quite a bit, 5 miles a day. |

| on day two i would say lower the pounds a bit but otherwise this is a good fitness plan but u should put some running and jogging in there |

| I'm telling you now, if your goal is muscle building...It's not going to work. That won't do anything for you, except add endurance... and only to a point.You have (well.. there's plenty of different workouts out there with different weight and reps... but this is usually standard) to use weights that you can only lift for 10 repetitions. Rest 60 seconds... then do it again... rest... and do it again.Try Bench Press for Chest, Military Press for Shoulders, Bicep Curls for Biceps, Close-Grip Bench Press for Triceps, Weighted Crunches for Abs, and Bent-Over Rows for a developed back.
