ok so i asked another questions earlier if i ate good and walked 60 minutes and ran 40 so so what if i still dint eat after 5 but just ran/walked for 60 minutes would i still be able to lose 10 pound sin 3 weeks please answer!!!!!!!!

I think if you doa ll that you should lose weight..Unless that is something you already do all the time. You have to take in less calories and burn calories to lose weight. I personally take Zylene adn eat a high protein diet most days...It has hoodia which helps with appettite suppression and increase my energy for me to do more and oxidizes fat. This will also help maintain weight loss after you lose it as well. SO if all that running and walking dont help give it a try. http://www.nutrition4adults.com
