Amputation is pretty fast. It is painful, though. You have to really want to drive that scale down fast to do it. I prefer being a Lard A$$ to losing a limb.

You shouldn't use diet pills, since some could have side effects. I don't know about the spa, but the best way to lose weight without have to buy anything or taking pills, is to just exercise and stay fit. Its also good for your health and helps your skin.

If any of those lose weight quick schemes worked, do you think obesity would still be a problem? No, they don't work. You want to lose weight, you still have to do it the old fashioned way. You have to eat fewer calories than you expend. Eat less, move more, you lose weight. It doesn't matter to your body where the calories come from either- although you still do need to meet your basic nutritional needs. As a rule, when you diet you should take a good quality multivitamin/mineral supplement just for the insurance. A diet of around 1000 calories per day for the average female usually causes weight loss, unless you are a real couch potato. In that case, you need to exercise a little more. Nothing radical, a regular sensible workout will do. But there are no magic combos of foods, no pills, potions or lotions that will make it melt off. There are no bad foods either. Only foods you should eat more of or less of. The quickest way to lose weight is still a sensible low calorie diet that allows you a variety of foods- including sweets, that you you can and will follow.

The best way you can lose weight is by regular exercising n dieting. The trim spa n the diet pills will lead to lots of other complications...But then you should keep in mind the following points.Strict dieting is very important.1. Avoid junk foods2. Drink lots of water3. Take more of wheat and protiens if you are a vegetarian4. Incase you are a nonvegie, boiled chicken should be healthy enough.5. Make sure you take more of fruits and vegetables rather than the usual rice or junk foodsExercising Regularly1.The best way to stay fit n healthy is good exercise n healthy diet2. Try some fitness centers n do exercise atleast one hour a day3. Nothing is better than early morning jog/walk4. Let me ask you a couple questionshow much weight do you want to lose?Are you looking to lose weight without having to diet or exercise? Are you looking for something to help eliminate random cravings? I understand what your looking for something that can help you lose weight a little faster than diet and exercise. Diet and exercise works but if you need to start losing weight like next week .Cause you could start using a Caloric restrictor that automatically restricts the amount of calories in your body.These caloric restictors even work without diet or exercise and even eliminates cravings for foods.So you can still eat your regular foods but you'll take in less calories and start losing a few pounds a week.
