I have heard that a small rebounder is a great exercise for the whole body and I don't think they are that expensive!

You can start by drinking 8, 8oz of water each day (it clears all of the toxins out of your body), eat lost of fruits and vegetables, and stay from foods drenched in oil and highly processed foods (fast food)

Swimming is another option for you. If you want to lose weight, cardiovascular exercise would be the best way to burn fat. If you can't run or jog, im sure you realize it'll be hard to lose weight by christmas. I think swimming may be good for ya Smile

You could try Yoga, Tai Chi, Aerobics, Dancing Classes or simple excercises you could do in the house like sit ups, star jumps and so on. Or you could get Playstation Eye Toy Kinetic. It's great. It's just like having your own personal trainer and you'll loose weight in no time.

Continue with your jumping jacks and jump rope. Eat less. If you consume less than you burn, you will lose weight. As you exercise, you will have increased appetite but drink water befor eating, munch on plain celery as snack or eat an apple. Dont eat late before going to bed. Good luck.

The Best Exercise for both losing weight and getting muscle tone is to use muscle confusion. Doing the same exercise day in and day out only tones the same muscle groups and after a while you won't gain much. This is called muscle plateau. Many websites and web Blogs on-line will help you with exact exercises. However, just doing an exercise routine and varying the way your muscles are positioned slightly will work your other muscles in your body. In your case, you like jumping jacks. One day do regular jumping jacks, the next day, clap your hands over your your head. This slight turning of your hands will work other muscles in your arms. The next day bring your hands in front of you instead of over your head and instead of jumping your feet in and out, kick them back and forth like you are running in place. What you are doing is working out your whole body by working on different muscles on different days. This way the muscles you worked on yesterday will have some time to recover today. However, even though muscle confusion works the best in both losing fat and gaining muscle tone, it will also cause you to be very sore all over for the first week or so. I think it's worth it. So stretching beforehand and afterwords is VERY Important
