Hi I have been on this diet for past two weeks and have not lost any weight, what am I doing wrong??Breakfast-bowl of branflakes and skimmed milkLunch-bowl of branflakes or two ryvitas with egg or two ryvitas with hamDinner-salad or lean meat with vegetables.Snack: muller light yogurt, apple, banana, orangeI have cut out bread completely and only drink water.I go to gym at least three times a week, walk half hour every morning and go for a run every eveningHowever I have not lost any weight-I am nine and a half stone (5 foot 4) so just want to lose half a stone.What advice can you give me??

u r doing so will ur breakfast is fine but try to cut the bran flakes that u take in lunch time and eat salad and lean meat with vegetables after the gym it is good to give the body the natural vitamins that u need . in dinner eat the light yogurt and any fresh fruits if u keep it like this i guarantee u will lose weight faster
