| What kind of exercise regime are you on? I recently lost 65 pounds and I am looking for a structured exercise program. I go to the gym 3 times a week and do the bike, treadmill and weights. I feel like I need more though. I don't know if it is because I have more energy or just a need for more. |

| Now Christmas has been force fed to us we will have to be very strong and do lots of walking to keep a balance. Its difficult enough now getting to get off my fat bottom and exercise I don't even go mad with food.It is so difficult when extra yummy things are shuffed in front of our face in the shops and then people think its OK to buy you chocolates and tins of biscuits. They know I don't want them, WHY??? I like the occasional biscuit but I am not the cookie monster. Why can't they buy me crisps soaked in salt and nuts that I really like? |
