I know a lot of people who have used Weight Watchers and it really does work! Just takes a while but its harder to gain it back, with WW!!!

South Beach has worked well for me...the only thing that has worked actually. But, I can't say it's easy by any means. It takes so much will power! Good luck!

Personally I have always praised the Atkins diet and yes I know many dont believe in it but I did lose 100 lbs on it in 4 months..it took a few years before I gained it back but it was because I ate garbagefood carbs again. Now i am losing using zylene because it suppresses my appettite and gives me great energy like I have never felt. I still believe in not eating alot of carbs or organic and whole foods. I think every body is different and some poeple can handle carbs personally I have tried low fat diets in past and they didnt work because it was all carbs I was eating so I know I have a sensitivity to carbs. So do what works for you but if you want something to help you get over cravings and give you energy and eat less then I recommend checking this out. http://www.nutrition4adults.comgood luck!
