| any free weight is good as long as you do with a hard training. (but don't do hard if you're beginner).becoz training until failure burn a lot of energy and boost your metabolism for48hour. mix with cardio.meal= morning= slow release carbohydrate, eg oats, rye, etcmid lunch= protein, eg roast chicken, white eggs, etc 3.00pm= fruits6.00= carbo (post workout)8.30=protein (for recovery/building)tips= don't mix protein&carbo in one meal if u want best result (different digestion)have a nice try! |
