Hey,Usually I eat very healthily and allow myself a small treat each 2days or so(I'm 13,bmi of 20.7,most girls my age have chocolate every snack time,and they're skinny).But once a week,on saturdays I wanted to eat like I used to(actually a bit less,even though I wasnt overweight before)so today I ate-2 Wholewheat crackers(102kj each)-low fat cottage cheese on them,with a slice of lean chicken-5tbspoons from a big fat free plain yoghurt jar(201KJ per 100ml)Now I just had 2,42calories each chocolate biscuit(I used to eat the whole packThen,I'm taking some pizza(3slices,used to eat the whole pizza) for lunch or a chicken paniniAfter I would take an icecreamAnd a very light dinner,like vegetables and a slice of lean chicken(it's like 100cals for 5slices)Is this ok?Would it make me fat?I'll do 20mins on the elliptical and 10mins on the step machineAnd I'm going to the mall,so a bit of walking too.Please help!For breakfast I also had a boiled egg,but only ate the white,I hate yolks
