| ok im 5'6 and like 150lb i run a mile everyday in pe nd then after school i have 2 1/2 hours of non stop bball and some nights AAU bball after that... im very atheltic but i still feel fat... am I? |

| I'm assuming you're a girl?It might be the number that's making you feel fat.I doubt you are. With how much exercise you're getting, I think you have a lot of muscle weight. (( Muscle weighs more than fat. ))If it's really annoying you, ask your doctor. |

| nope. perfect. Im 5'6 also. Its more important anyway to be healthy and active then skinny. |

| you are NOT fat. you may be very muscular since you play sports. this makes you weigh a little more and you might look a little bigger but you're definetley NOT fat.hope i helped!Email me anytime! |

| You sound perfectly healthy and fit. Not at all fat. Athletes tend to weigh more because of muscle mass being heavier than fat. |

| if you're doing all that excercise, its probably muscle not fatscales aren't always truthful; numbers don't really matternext time you see your doctor, ask about it because he'll be able to tell you your body fat % and he'll tell you what options you have and such. |
