| can some one plz tell me the exercise and diet results to expect month to month or a website that shows example month 1 expect..... month 2 expect.... and so on ive been working out 3 days a week for 3 weeks high intensity elliptical, bike, treadmill and recently added some weights i work out with cardio for about 45 min on those days been eating a fruit juice drink in mornings 1 slice toast and a salad with olive oilfor lunch and a reg dinner... thanks4 hours ago - 3 days left to answer. | i think by doing this u could lose 10lb a month as your cals are low.. its good u added weights, will make u lose fat faster. so 10lbs is like a dress size.hope it helps and good luck :-)xxx |
