| Ok so i need to loose some weight ...i want to loose some weight by Christmas time ! ...I weigh 140 i am 22 year old Female and i am 5'3 ! ...I do Jump and Jacks and Crunches right now ... I have really bad asthma so when i can i do the jump rope ..I eat very healthy and i also sometimes do Tae bo ....How many jump and jacks should i do ...so i can at least loose 2-3 pounds a week ? ...please help me out here ..I don't go walking that much either ..because its very boring to me and i won't stay motivated ! Please answer ...thank you !Can you loose weight from doing jump and jacks ..please answer ?? thanks ! |

| honestly with your attitude your not going to loose weight so stop trying, give up, and don't' bother.If you would like real serious advise I'm happy to answer, I myself lost 20kg (44 pounds) and I can tell you there are no quick fixes and it's a lot of hard (but enjoyable) work, and yes I have asthma too. |

| For weight loss you'll need to sweat! More variety than jumping jacks is needed. Also cut out the soda's and sodium in your diet and you'll drop a quick 10 lbs. of water weight. |

| 8 glasses of water EVERY DAY 20-30 workout 5 x wk Eat 5 small meals a day I said Small. Also do weight lifting to tone what you got and it puts the curve in the curves |

| Jumping rope can be a very good way to lose weight. Why not combine your walking with the other activities you enjoy. Walk at a brisk pace for 5 minutes, do jumping jacks, walk, jump rope, walk, etc. for an hour. That way you're burning calories and doing things you enjoy.You also need to get a good diet plan. You'll lose weight faster if you eat 4-6 smaller meals a day. Try to eat at least 500 fewer calories a day.Losing 2 lbs a week is like a best-case scenario. It's hard to lose more than that healthily. |
