| My weight has been consistent for several years. I was about 5'5" and 120 pounds without doing a lot of exercise or really restricting calories. I used to exercise about 2 times a week for 30-45 minutes at a time. I think I should weigh about 115 pounds, but now I am 130! I feel like a blimp. This semester I took some really demanding college courses. I didn't think I was eating that much more. I have been snacking on a trail mix that has sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, apples, raisins, etc. I NEVER have time to exercise at all anymore and the only walking/exercise I do is from one class to another. I have added date bars to my diet because I don't have to cook them. Is this enough to make me gain an entire 10 pounds? My waist is 25" but my upper thighs are almost as big as my waist. I hate my legs the most!I can't restrict my diet to < 1800 cals because I have ulcers and the stomach can't be empty or it gets irritated. Is there any way I could lose some weight by Christmas |

| try getting more sleep. there are many reasons that you could be gaining weight. one of them could be lack of sleep, especially if you have been taking difficult course. Just make sure that when you do eat, it's healthy and balanced. |
