I also run for 30 mins. 5 days a week. I am 27 years old, 5'6, and 153 pounds. Just curious I had a baby 6 months ago and I just want my flat stomach (tummy) back again.

I reckon if you do that many and stick to it (hard). You;ll start to see a difference in 3 weeks.

I guess you need to do cardio for 45 mins a day, packed with some nutrious food, keep away from fried foods and fat. you wont have a flat tummy rightaway, but over a period of dedicated routine you might see u already have a six pack! goodluck

Hmm 300 sit-ups a day, and running for 30 mins, you should have a flatter tummy pretty soon. But you might want to lower the sit-ups thing, you can easily over work your stomach muscles. Most professionals, and trainers say to work your stomach every other day, for 10-20 mins. You could also look up some great foods to eat right before working out, to help build muscle, lose weight, and give you more energy!Goodluck
