| I am trying to loose just 2 or 3 pounds in like a week or 2 weeks. My friend said to do interval training so i run fast at 10 mph on a treadmill for 30 seconds then i jog to a slower speed of 3.5 mph for a minute then repeat this process 10 times so thats a total of 15 minutes of run/jogging. My friend said running that long makes you loose weight and speeds up your metabolism for up to 24 hours. I also eat correct food and drink 8 cups of water a day. I just want to loose 2 or 3 pounds. I also do push ups. 3 sets of 10 reps of pushups. I do 5 sets of 50 reps reversed crunches. i do 3 sets of 80 bicycles. I do 3 sets of 50 reps bicep curls using 10 pounds for both arms. I do 3 sets 50 reps of tricep extenion for both arms using 5 pounds in each. So i do cardio and gain muscle. I know muscle is heavier than fat so i will gain weight from muscle but i just wanna loose fat overall. i know running is the best overall fat burner for the body but i get bored of running fast.I know how to read the labels on foods and stuff and understand each substance like staurated fats calories and all that but i dont know which foods to eat. I have limited things to eat at my house. what should i eat? I have cheerioes bananas low fat yogurt french fries bread and other things. can you give me a list of foods like for one day i should eat? i usually eat like 1 1/2 cups of regular plain cheerios with milk and no sugar for breakfast. then when i come home from school i usually eat a sandwhich which mayonaise on the bread and a slice of ham in it. then i usually eat a banana and yogurt through out the night. |
