| First, knock off the fast food completely. And go on a strict diet. Ask your doctor for a diet that he or she thinks is best for you and your goals.Second, if your workouts are only 20-30 minutes everyday, it doesn't exactly give you a chance to challenge yourself. And if you aren't challenging yourself, then you're really only doing things that you're used to. Try adding 5 minutes each time. Or 15 minutes each week. Also, for more middle section toning, do some sit ups or yoga. Stretching will also help. Anything really. Make sure you have a warm up and a cool down period for at least 15 minutes each before and after your vigorous workout. If that doesn't seem to help you much, try hiring a personal trainer. It can get a little costly, but if you really need to tone up that badly and what you're trying and going to try doesn't work, then there's really not many more options. |
