| for those who knowis walking 2 miles a day, one at 5:30 AM and the other at 9PMand eating a breakfast of Scrambled eggs and nothing else the whole daya good way to lose weight? |

| thats a BADDDD and unhealthy way, if you dont eat all day, once you lose the weight and you start eating again , you will gain so much weight so fast, you need to keep your metabolism going by eating just as much or more and eating healthier |

| Sounds like a good way to hurt yourself.try three small meals a day, in a 1200 to 1500 cal range depending on your size. |

| NO and NO....increase the walk to at least three miles each time and at a pace of at least 3.5 mph. Switch to fat free eggs, 6 at a time will do. Think of it this way....If a steam powered train is fed by coal to keep the boiler going what happens to the train if it gets only a load of coal in the morning.....its slows to a stop...the food is the fuel you need, don't skimp on it. Make the right food choices, drink lots of water even it your not thirsty and its the in the winter. Include some weight training and as ARNOLD says...it will PUMP YOU UP.....the natural way.Charlie C. |

| The exercise is great ..... but .... your slowing down your metabolism by not eating .... YOU NEED TO EAT !!! try to eat 5-6 small meals a day !!! Stick with fruits, vegies, and protein. Good luck |
